Support your clearing

If you feel you would benefit by sharing your clearing experiences with others and could use the extra support and encouragement, I recommend you organize a six-week live or virtual clearing circle with your book group, circle of friends, or Zoom community.

Remember, all you need is one other person and you’ve got yourself a group.

An ideal guide

Whether you are new to Stephanie’s proven clearing methods, or a seasoned veteran wanting to deepen your practice, the updated and expanded 10th Anniversary edition of Your Spacious Self is an ideal guide.

All the tools you need are outlined in the back of the book. From meeting guidelines, weekly worksheets, discussion topics, and six sample meeting agendas, this whole program can be easily modified or expanded to suit everybody’s needs and timetable.

Safety is key

If letting go of old patterns and habits is your highest priority as a group, it is essential to honor everybody’s process, air time, and confidentiality. The lessons in the book are designed to help you create just that: a safe and supportive clearing container that helps everyone come out of the proverbial (cluttered) closet in a way that is easy, fun, and lasting!
