Guided Self-Study Program

STEP 1 – Build the Foundation

Get a copy of Stephanie’s book Your Spacious Self and commit to working with one chapter a day for six weeks, even if all you can handle is one minute or a single toothpick.

This foundational book lays out the core principles and science behind Stephanie’s proven method of clearing the clutter in your life – be it physical, mental, emotional (or all of the above). With simple tools and practices, it will help you unwind and untangle yourself from whatever it is that is holding you back.

If you could use a buddy or accountability partner or two, Your Spacious Self is good for that too. In the back of the book you will find six weekly discussion topics and meeting guidelines to help you start a clearing support book group.

While both the book and the course give you 365 inspirational messages that appear at first glance to be two versions of the same thing, they are different. The course eases you into the clearing experience by delivering core teachings, audios, and videos in your email inbox every day. The book with double the content (personal stories, practices, and inspirational wisdom), expands and deepens the work. Which path you choose to take depends on 1.) whether you prefer (or need) a lighter email nudge from Stephanie and would enjoy the optional support of connecting with fellow travelers in the comment thread, or 2.) would prefer a deeper clearing experience on your own, or with others in a “clearing circle” book group.
